摘要
摩托车的运行特性使国内很多城市先后实行了"禁摩"政策。2007年的一纸禁令,广州市进入后"禁摩"时代。回顾广州市摩托车的发展历史,可以发现广州市在不同时期对待摩托车的政策措施都具有鲜明的特点。通过大量的调查研究和模型测算,对广州市在"禁摩"后的交通特征进行了深入细致的分析,指出了"禁摩"政策虽然取得巨大成果,但在优化交通模式结构上还存在相当大的隐患,最后对"禁摩"政策的发展经验进行了总结。
The motorcycle operation characteristic makes many domestic cities successively implement prohibiting motorcycle policy. Guangzhou enters in the post prohibiting motorcycle era in 2007. Reviewing the developing history of motorcycle in Guangzhou, it can be found the policies and measures that Guangzhou treated the motorcycle in different periods had distinct characteristics. Through a large amount of traffic surveys, studies and calculation using the model, this paper analyzed the traffic characteristic post prohibiting motorcycle conscientiously, pointed out the hidden danger at traffic mode optimization after the enormous achievement. It summarized development experiences about "prohibiting motorcycle" policy finally.
