摘要
口岸是过境通道系统的咽喉,是一种特殊的交通枢纽。口岸设计参数是口岸设计的基础,决定了口岸的查验通道数量、口岸的用地规模、口岸的总体布局等多个方面,是口岸交通效能的直接体现。利用交通工程原理,针对"一地两检"口岸的交通特质,研究"一地两检"口岸的关键设计参数,提出科学系统的技术指标,将指导国家重点工程深港西部通道口岸的实施,更为其他同类口岸建设提供了理论指导。
As the crutial part of the boundary crossing corridor, the highway boundary crossing facility (BCF) is viewed as a distinctive transportation hub. The basis for the plan and design of BCF lies in the key design parameters of large-scaled highway BCF which determine the number of checking kiosks, the scale of land use and the overall layout, among other asepects, and which also represent in a direct way the efficiency and level of BCF's traffic. Aimed at the cbarasteristics of the co-location of BCF's traffic and aided by theories in transportation engineering, this paper puts forward some technical indexes through a scientific and systematic approach by examining the key design parameters applied in large-scaled co-location highway BCF, which will not only lead the construction of Shenzhen & Hongkong Western Corridor Boundary Crossing Facility -- a key domestic engineering project, but also will serve as theoretical guidance for the development of other BCFs of similar type.
