摘要
针对当前重大灾害事件的特点及其对城市交通破坏性大的情况,探讨了城市交通生命线系统抗灾变存在的问题,阐明了城市交通生命线在城市防灾救灾中的重要地位和作用,构建了城市交通生命线系统抗灾变保障体系。
In this paper, characteristics of tremendous contingent events and the situation on the metropolis traffic suffering from that are analyzed, the obvious problems of disaster resistant of urban transportation lifeline system on the metropolis are discussed, the importance of urban transportation lifeline system on prevention is indicated, and based on that security systems on disaster resisting is proposed.
