摘要
目的探讨氟伐他汀对慢性充血性心力衰竭患者心功能的影响。方法将60例慢性充血性心力衰竭患者,随机分为2组(治疗组、对照组各30例),在常规治疗基础上治疗组加用氟伐他汀40mg,每晚服用1次,治疗6m,观察氟伐他汀对心功能的影响。结果治疗组左室射血分数?6min步行距离提高水平稍高于对照组,治疗组临床症状及体征改善的比例也稍高于对照组,但2组间比较无统计学差异。结论氟伐他汀对慢性充血性心力衰竭患者无明确治疗效果。
Objective To Methods Sixty patients with explore the impact of fluvastatin on patients with chronic congestive heart failure. chronic congestive heart failure were randomly divided into 2 groups （treatment group 30 cases, control group 30 cases ）. For patients in the treatment group, fluvastatin （40 rag） was added addition to the conventional treatment, 1 dose at night and lasted for 6 months to observe the impact of fluvastatin on the heart function. Results The left ventrieular ejection fraction and 6 rain walking distance of patients in the treatment group were slightly higher than patients in the control group, as well as the improvement proportion of clinical symptoms and signs, but no significant difference between 2 groups. Conclusion Fluvastatin has no apparent effect on patients with chronic congestive heart failure.
