Determination of Cholic Acid in Qingkailing Solution by HPLC

目的建立测定清开灵口服液中胆酸含量的高效液相色谱(HPLC)法。方法Kromasil C18(150mm×4.6mm,5μm)色谱柱,乙腈-水-磷酸(38:62:0.1)为流动相,流速1.0ml/min,柱温40℃,检测波长192nm。结果胆酸在0.6044～3.0220mg/ml范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999);平均回收率为99.66%,相对标准偏差值(RSD)=0.79%。结论本方法操作简便、准确、重复性好,可用于清开灵口服液的质量控制。

Objective A HPLC method was established for the determination of cholic acid in Qingkailing solution. Methods A Kromasil C18 column was used with acetonitrile-water-phosphate acid （38：62：0.1 ） as mobile phase, The flow rate was 1. 0 ml/min, column temperature was 40℃ and the detection wavelength was 192 nm. Results The linear ranges were 0. 6044 -3. 0220 mg/ml （r =0. 9999） ; the average recovery was 99.66%, RSD =0.79%. Conclusion This method is simple, accurate and repeatable, it can be used in the quality control of Qingkailing solution.
