摘要
秀山是国家级贫困县,经济发展滞后,生活水平较低。为寻求发展的突破口,当地政府着力实施"工业强县"战略,走"资源开发、电矿联产"的路子,开发利用优势矿产资源,以带动县域经济的发展。通过对生态环境现状和问题的调研分析,结合秀山县发展的实际及未来发展的方向,提出了改善环境质量的对策和措施。
The recent situation and existing problems of Xiushan＇environment were stated. The factors affecting the environment were investigated and measures to improve the quality of Xiushan＇entironment were put forward in the paper.
