摘要
主要论述了尾矿库及工业废渣库环保防渗设计应遵循的环保法规和标准。贮存第II类一般工业固体废物的尾矿库及渣场采用单层土工膜复合防渗衬层;危险废物库(场)则一般用双层土工膜复合防渗衬层。
Environmental laws and standards to be followed at the environmental anti-seepage design of tailings pond and industrial waste dump are discussed. Single layer geomembrane composite anti-seepage lining is used in the tailings pond and waste dump that store Category Ⅱgeneral industrial solid waste while double layer geomembrane composite anti-seepage lining is used in hazardous waste storage （site）.
