摘要 本文报道了神经紧张素和胆囊收缩素免疫阳性神经纤维不仅存在于大鼠垂体后叶,也存在于猴和狗的垂体后叶.神经紧张素免疫阳性神经纤维在3种动物垂体后叶均为少量稀疏分布,狗和大鼠稍密集,猴最少;猴和狗垂体柄及其邻近的神经叶相对较多,大鼠垂体后叶形成弥散的阳性纤维网,局部可见岛状增密的纤维簇。胆羹收缩素阳性纤维以大鼠垂体后叶密度为最大,狗次之,猴最少;大鼠垂体后叶的中等密度的胆囊收缩素阳性纤维网,吻侧部多于尾侧部,周边区比中央区稍密;猴、狗垂体后叶胆囊收缩素阳性纤维为散在分布。本文还注意到一些神经紧张素和胆翼收缩素免疫阳性神经纤维盘绕于血管分布的现象,其功能意义尚不清楚。 It is commonly known that the nerve fibers in the posteior pituitary contained predominately oxytocin and vasopressin.In addition, many kinds of nerve fibers contained other neurotransmitters and neuropeptides were found in the posterior pituitary in receent years. The chemical neuroanatomy of posterior pituitary cast however, mainly studied with rats. Due to the big differences among the species, it is hard to imagine that the scientists explain the neuroscience cireumetance using the conclusion only from the rat. The detail and comparative materials on the chemical neuroamtomy of posterior pituitary from different species will be reported in our serial studies in order to provide corrective information. Using immunohistochemical methods, the morphology and the distribution of the neurotensin (NT)-and cholecystokinin (CCK) -immunoreactive (ir) nerve fibers in the POsterior pituitary of three species including monkey, the dog and the rat were investigated and comparative studies were done in this paper. Although some authors rePOrted that NT immunoassays were positive in the posterior pituitary, there were no reports of NT-ir nerve fibers in it. In this paper, NT and CCK-ir nerve fibers in the posterior pituitary of the monkey, dog and rat were demonstrated immunohistochemically. Only were small to moderate amount of NT-ir nerve fibers seen in the neurohypophysis of the three species. Moderate amount of NT-ir nerve fibers were found in the posterior pituitary of the dog, while only scattered and a few were demonstrated in the monkey and rat respectively. NT-ir nerve fibers were seen in the stalk and dorsal part of the posterior pituitary of the monkey and the dog. battered reticula of NT-ir nerve fibers were seen in all areas of the posterior pituitary of the rat, and dense plexus of NT-ir nerve fibers were noted. The density of CCK-nerve fibers was highest in rat posterior pituitary, in which, a substantial number of CCK-ir carve fibers were seen, they were concentrated in the peripheral areas. Moderate density of CCK-ir nerve fibers appeared in the neural lobe of the dog and were scattered in the neurohypophysis in the monkey. A very interesting circumstance was noted that NT and CCk-ir nerve fibers in the posterior pituitary of three species were often distributed around the blood vessels.
