摘要
评估指标的确定是C4ISR系统效能评估的一个重要环节,其结果将直接影响效能评估的正确与否。为了全面评估C4ISR系统效能,结合C4ISR系统决策信息流程,综合选取具有代表性的指标,构建了评估指标体系的层次模型。针对定量和定性指标相结合情况,引入了一种基于百分制属性值的单系统效能评估方法。
The determining of evaluation index is very important for the evaluation of C^4ISR system,whose result will affect the validity of evaluation directly. In order to implement a comprehensive evaluation, some representative indices were chosen to build up the hierarchy model based on the decision-making flow of C^4ISR system. In view of the combination of quantitative and qualitative index, a new method was put forward based on the percentage score for the effectiveness evaluation of single system.
