小剂量波依定及倍他乐克治疗中老年原发性高血压的临床观察

Clinical observation of small dosage Plendil and Betaloc on primary hypertension in middle and old age patients

目的观察口服小剂量波依定及小剂量倍他乐克治疗中老年原发性高血压的临床效果。方法中老年高血压患者120例随机分为观察组60例、对照组60例,观察组给予口服波依定5 mg/次,1次/d;倍他乐克片,25 mg/次,2次/d。对照组单纯给予波依定5 mg/次,1次/d。2组疗程均为8周,分别观察比较0周、2周、4周、6周、8周血压下降情况,同时于治疗后评定2组临床疗效,并检测治疗前后血糖、血脂、肝肾功能及心率等。结果观察组比对照组临床疗效显著提高。结论联合应用小剂量波依定及小剂量倍他乐克治疗中老年原发性高血压可使治疗效果显著提高。

Objective It is to observe the clinical effect of small dosage Plendil and Betaloc taken orally on primary hypertension in middle and old age patients.Methods 120 middle and old aged patients with hypertension were randomly divided into two groups.60 cases were in observation group and taken orally Plendil 5 mg each time and once a day and Betaloc25 mg each time and twice a day.The other 60 cases were in control group and only taken orally Plendil 5 mg each time and once a day.The courses of treatment of the two groups were both eight weeks.The descent circumstance of blood pressure in the two groups were respectively observed and compared before treatment and on the second week,the fourth week, the sixth week and the eighth week after treatment.The clinical curative effects of the two groups were evaluated after treatment.The blood sugar,blood lipid,liver function,kidney function,heart rate and so on were examined before and after treatment.Results Compared with control group,the clinical curative effect of observation group was significantly heightened.Conclusion Joint application of small dosage Plendil and Betaloc can significantly heighten the curative effect on primary hypertension in middle and old age patients.
