黄葵胶囊联合雷公藤多甙片治疗糖尿病肾病的临床疗效观察

Clinical curative effect observation of ambrette capsule combined with Glucosidorum Tripterygll Totorum on diabetic nephropathy

目的观察黄葵胶囊联合雷公藤多甙片治疗糖尿病肾病的疗效。方法将68例糖尿病肾病患者分为实验组(传统治疗基础上加用黄葵胶囊和雷公藤多甙片)和对照组(传统治疗基础上加用黄葵胶囊)。治疗前及治疗后4,8,12周分别检测24 h尿蛋白定量、血白蛋白、肾功能、肝功能、血脂、血常规等并进行比较。结果组间总有效率比较,实验组较对照组有显著性差异(P<0.05)。2组治疗后尿蛋白明显减少,肾功能改善,血浆白蛋白逐渐升高,血脂逐渐下降,均有显著性差异,实验组P均<0.01,对照组P均<0.05。治疗后同时间点2组间各项指标比较均有显著性差异(P均<0.05)。结论黄葵胶囊对糖尿病肾病有较好的疗效,联合雷公藤多甙片可以提高疗效、缩短疗程。

Objective It is to observe the curative effect of ambrette capsule combined with Glucosidorum Tripterygll Totorum on diabetic nephropathy.Methods 68 patients with diabetic nephropathy were randomly divided into experimental group which was treated with traditional therapy and ambrette capsule combined with Glucosidorum Tripterygll Totorum and control group which was treated with traditional therapy and ambrette capsule.24 h urine protein quantitate,blood albumin,renal function,hepatic function,blood fat and blood routine were respectively detected and compared before treatment and after treatment for four,eight and twelve weeks.Results There was significant difference in the total effective rate between experimental group and control group（P〈0.05）.Urine protein was obviously decreased,renal function was improved,plasma albumin was gradually heightened and blood fat was gradually lowered in the two groups after treatment.There was exceeding significant difference in experimental group（all P〈0.01） and there was significant difference in control group（all P〈0.05）.There were all significant differences on all the indexes at the same time after treatment between experimental group and control group（all P〈0.05）.Conclusion Ambrette capsule has better curative effect on diabetic nephropathy and can heighten curative effect and shorten course of treatment.
