针刺联合帕罗西汀治疗原发性抑郁症疗效观察

Curative effect observation of acupuncture combined with Paroxetine on primary depression

目的观察针刺联合帕罗西汀治疗原发性抑郁症的临床疗效。方法30例抑郁症患者均采用针刺联合帕罗西汀治疗,疗程6周。观察治疗前及治疗1,2,4,6周及治疗结束4周后HAMD量表、SDS量表总评分变化情况。结果治疗总有效率为93%;HAMD量表总分、SDS量表总分在治疗1周末即有显著降低,随着治疗的继续,两个量表的评分在第2,4,6周末及第10周随访时仍然继续下降。结论针刺联合帕罗西汀治疗抑郁症起效较快,疗效稳定、持续。

Objective It is to observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture combined with Paroxetine on primary depression.Methods 30 patients with primary depression were treated with acupuncture and Paroxetine for 6 weeks.It was observed that the changes of scores of Hamilton depressive scale（HAMD-17） and Self-Rating Depression Scale（SDS） before treatment,1st,2nd,4th and 6th weekend during the treatment and 4th weekend after the treatment.Results The total effective rate of this treatment was 93%.Scores of SDS and HAMD-17 decreased significantly at the 1st weekend during the treatment,and decreased continuously following the treatment course,till to the follow-up at the 10th weekend.Conclusion Acupuncture combined with Paroxetine has a good effect in treating depression,which works fast and steadily and keeps a long time.
