Guiding the Reformation of Open Education Teaching with the Scientific Concept of Development

落实科学发展观,特别是对于开放教育教学改革过程中存在的问题,进行了深入调研,并对教师队伍建设、考核方式改革、网上教学、导学服务等提出了相应举措。

Implementing the scientific concept of development, especially surveying the questions which exists in the course of Open Education teaching reforming, we give some advisements to construction of teacher team, reformation of assessment, internet teaching, service of guiding student.
