摘要
了解福建棘隙吸虫体被的超微形态学特征。采用扫描电镜观察实验豚鼠体内福建棘隙吸虫的体表结构:口吸盘有3种棘,其中位于口吸盘基部背、腹侧分布4例棘。腹吸盘有18枚棘绕围孔部分布。体棘以螺旋式规律排列成行,其间距由前向后递增宽疏,分布腹吸盘前体棘呈贝壳形,腹吸盘之后体棘末缘裂隙为7—11支棘。感觉乳突5种,包括具感觉毛的乳突、无感觉毛的圆丘型大乳突、无感觉毛盘状乳突、具细纤毛乳突和棒状小乳突,其中具感觉毛乳突数量最多,分布最广,虫体表面呈一定规律的凹凸状,不同的部位具不同的皮式结构。该吸虫体表着生不同类型的棘和感觉乳突,头部的特征最为丰富,显示了形态结构特征与肠道寄生生活相适应,在分类学上也有一定意义。
To study the ultrastractural characteristics of the cuticule of Echinochasmus fujianense.Adult worms of E.fujianense obtained from Cavia porcellus expermentally infected with metacercariae of the trematode were observed by scanning electronmicroscopy.Three types of spines on the oral sucker were shown,among them 4 rows located on the base of the oral sucker.Eighteen spines were observed around the acetabulam pore.The arrangment of the cuticular spines revealed ragularly tilted rows,different in size and shape.Their intervals between the rows increase gradually from the anterior to posterior parts of the body.Five types of sensory papillae including cilialed,nonciliated roundmound,roundplaty,slender ciliated and sticklike seasory papillae were observed.Amony them,ciliated ones were widely distributed with large number,The epidermis patterns showed some variations from different parts of the tegument.Different types of spines and papillae existed on the body surface.The characteristies on the head of the tegunent were most predominant.The ultrastructural characteristics of the tegument are considered to be related to the adaptation to its parasitism in the intestines of its host and to have importance on taxonomy.
