摘要
20世纪末以来,国内对于文件分类存在忽视倾向,而文件管理较为先进的国家则日趋重视此项工作。在此背景下,作者探讨了为什么分类,电子环境下的文件分类发生了哪些变化,如何分类,如何推动分类工作等基本问题。
Since the end of 20th century, there is a trend in China of showing neglect of records classification while the foreign colleagues in west advanced countries have paid more attention to it. Under this background, the author discusses some issues of records classification including why records are classified, what changes have happened in the electronic environment, what are the methods to classify records, and how records classification could be promoted, etc..
