再认识档案的原始记录性

档案的本质属性是原始记录性,这是档案学界已经基本形成的共识。但是不少学者在诠释档案的原始记录性时却存在着不同程度的差异甚至偏颇,以致出现了一些无谓的学术纷争。随着档案工作实践的深入发展,有必要对档案的原始记录性进行更加全面、深入的诠释,笔者就此试图作出有益尝试。

The essential nature of archives is the nature of original records, which is a basic consensus formed in archival circle. But there are some differences to varying degrees, or even bias , in interpreting the nature of archival original records among scholars, so that pointless academic arguments appeared. With the development of archival work practice, it is necessary to interpret the nature of archival original records more comprehensively and deeply. In this paper the author has a beneficial try.
