摘要
在基于时间和速度竞争的当今时代,企业的快速反应能力成为企业的核心竞争力之一。文中运用约束理论的分析思维,指出影响企业快速反应能力的制约因素主要表现为三方面:如何有效地降低生产准备时间、如何建立和谐的供应商关系管理模式和如何快速响应顾客的需求;在此基础上提出给制约因素松绑的相应策略。最后指出运用约束理论提高企业的快速反应能力应注意的问题。
Nowadays, competition among enterprises focuses in the area of time-controlling and speed. Quick Response (QR) ability of enterprises becomes one of their core-competitiveness. This paper points out three constraint factors which take effect on QR by analyzing Theory of Constraints (TOC). These factors are as follows: how to reduce preparing time of production effectively; how to build harmonious administration model with suppliers; how to respond clients' demand quickly. After analyzing these factors, strategies to solve the problems are put forward. The paper also mentions the problems that the enterprises may meet when they improve QR ability as using TOC.
