摘要
为了实现EPC总承包项目的规范化管理,提高项目管理的能力和水平,西北电力设计院依托兰铝3×300MW发电厂EPC总承包项目,进行了总承包项目的"数字化、专业化、系统化"的管理体系建设,为EPC总承包项目管理打造了全新的平台。
In order to realize standardized management of EPC general contracting project, and to improve the capability and level of project management, the Northwest Electric Power Design Institute has built the ＂digitalization, specialization, systematization＂ management system upon general contracting project based on the EPC general contracting project of LanLv 3＊300 MW power plant, which create a whole new platform for EPC general contracting project management.
