摘要
本文借助企业档案管理知识化概念的讨论,提出了企业档案管理中的知识化管理问题,指出应将企业档案管理与企业知识管理进行紧密结合,并就其与知识管理的结合环节和过程进行了讨论。
First the objective of the paper is to try to discuss the the notion of the knowledge management of enterprise files and some managing problems appearing in the knowledge management of enterprise files.It points out that we should combine the knowledge management of enterprise files with knowledge management of enterprises. Then it discusses the combining parts and process of knowledge management.
