摘要
本文报道了用编码轮状病毒SA11毒株VP4蛋白的野生型和经修饰后的基因,以质粒DNA形式免疫动物后,血清抗轮状病毒抗体反应和体内mRNA的表达。用ELISA和微量中和实验分别测定血清中抗轮状病毒抗体,结果表明,所有动物的血清都有不同水平识别轮状病毒抗原成分和中和全病毒的能力。
This paper reports the serum antibody response to rotavirus and mRNA expression in vivo of animals irnmunized with the plasndd DNA expressing wild-type and modified genes coding the VP4 protein of SA11 strain of rotavirus. The antibody to rotavirus inserum was detected by ELISA and micro-neutralization test. It showed that antibodies withthe abilities of recognizing the antigenic component of rotavirus and neutralizing the wholerotavirus were induced in the sera of the animals at different levels.
