摘要
将灭活提纯狂犬病疫苗（IPRV）加皮卡佐剂，与单纯使用IPRV相比，可使半数有效抗原量降至原来的1／5～1／10.显著提高抗狂犬病毒IgG和中和抗体滴度；促进诱生IL－2，促进免疫细胞增殖，提高细胞免疫；显著降低感染狂犬病毒野毒株小白鼠的死亡率，具有抗血清样和疫苗的双重效果；皮卡IPRV能通过小白鼠脑内注射的安全性检查和腹腔注射的毒性检查。
The effect of inactived and purified rabies vaccine (IPRV) plus PIKA adjuvant was studied in ndce and compared with that of IPRV alone. The result showed that theEDs, was decreased by 5～10 folds,and the IgG and neutralizing antibody titers to rabiesvirus were significantly increased. The induction of IL-2 and the proliferation of immunocyteswere promoted,the cell mediated immunity was improved,and the mortality of mice infectedwith wild rabies virus was significantly decreased. It seems that IPRV+PIKA plays the double roles of anti-rabies sera and vaccine. It also passed the safety (intracerebral injection) andtoxicity tests (intraperitoneal injection) in mice.
