着眼于西部地区企业现有人力资源,重视和加强企业员工培训,才是逐步缓解并最终解决这一人才缺乏的有效途径。西部地区企业应联合社会各方面力量,利用各种条件、采用多种形式积极开展企业员工培训工作。
