怀化地区蛇足石杉三个居群的石杉碱甲含量的测定 被引量:1

摘要 对湖南省怀化地区蛇足石杉3个居群的石杉碱甲含量进行了研究,方法是:利用粉碎机和超声波破碎材料、2%酒石酸浸泡、旋转蒸发仪浓缩、氯仿萃取等工艺从蛇足石杉中提取生物总碱,再采用高效液相色谱法测定石杉碱甲含量(外标法).结果表明:洪江市八面山居群和溆浦县圣人山居群的石杉碱甲含量较高,分别为0.29‰和0.28‰,怀化市郊凉山的较低,含量为0.08‰.因此,引种栽培时应以八面山或者圣人山的蛇足石杉为种源,并参考相应的生境条件. By the crafts of breaking the material with disintegrator and ultrasonic, soaking with 2% tartaric acids, condensing with rotation evaporation instrument and extracting with chloroform, etc., distilling the total alkaloids in Huperzia serrata , and then determining the content of Huperzine A with HPLC (external standard method), the contents of Huperzine A in the 3 populations of Huperzia serrata collected from Huaihua region, Hunan Province were researched. The results indicate that the contents of Huperzine A in the populations from Bamianshan Mountain of Hongjiang County and Shengrenshan Mountain of Xupu County are high, which are 0.29‰ and 0.28‰ respectively, but Liangshan Mountain' is the lowest which is only 0.08‰. Therefore, when being introduced and cultivated, the populations of Huperzia serrata from Bamianshan Mountain or Shengrenshan Mountain could be chosen as species sources, and their living conditions should be imitated.
