摘要
为提高石嘴山市寒潮天气预报水平,做好防灾减灾工作,利用常规气象资料和数值预报产品资料,应用天气学分析和诊断分析方法,对2009-01-21—23石嘴山市强寒潮天气过程的环流形势、单站气象要素的变化及成因进行了系统的分析.结果表明,该次寒潮天气过程是在前期强烈升温的基础上,强冷空气在西西伯利亚地区堆积并向南侵袭所造成的.500hPa横槽转竖是产生寒潮天气的关键点,地面蒙古气旋的东移及地面冷高压强度达到1069.5hPa是寒潮爆发南下的必要条件,850hPa冷平流是产生强降温的主要原因.
In order to improving weather forecast and the work of disaster prevention and mitigation, the factors and causes of meteorological element changes was analyzed in condition of circulation situation and the single-station, a strong cold wave process in Shizuishan on 21-23 January in 2009, which used the routine meteorological observation data and products of numerical forecast. The results showed that the cold weather, which is based on strong warming process before, caused by strong cold air piled up in West Siberia and flowed southward. The key point of cold wave is that 500 hPa cross-slot convert to vertical, the moving eastward of Mongolian cyclone on ground and cold high pressure of 1 069.5 hPa on ground surface are the necessary conditions of cold outburst and southward movement, 850 hPa cold advection is the main reason for heavy cooling down.
