摘要 在某34孔打孔装订机设计过程中,为确定冲孔过程中的总冲孔力,将实验结果导入多体动力学软件,利用软件中的传感器功能,确定每一个刃口开始冲纸的时间,准确获得34孔冲孔刀具的冲孔力—位移曲线,为设计打孔装订机打孔机构提供依据,并通过实验结果确定34孔刀具单刃口正常工作条件下的最大冲孔力,将其作为载荷边界条件,对刀具进行有限元分析,校核其在正常工作条件下的强度和刚度. In the design processing of 34 holes Punching-Binding Machine,the test resuhs are imported in the multi-body dynamics simulation software to determine the total punching in the process of punching force. The beginning time of punching is got by applying the sensor function of the software. The maximum punching force and the punching forcedisplacement curve have been gotten. The punching mechanism of the Punching-Binding Machine is finished on the basis of above results. The maximum punching force of the single cutting edge during regular status is extracted from the test results and is applied on the knife as loading condition in finite element analysis. The checking of strength and stiffness of the 34 holes knife is finished by the FEM method.
