摘要
针对宁夏高速公路目前出现的高温车辙、低温开裂等病害,结合《六盘山地区公路修筑技术研究》课题,在沥青胶浆中使用纯矿粉和掺加消石灰的情况下,进行高温针入度、软化点、低温变形的室内试验.通过对试验指标的分析,研究掺加消石灰对沥青胶浆高低温性能的影响,推荐外掺消石灰时的合理粉胶比为0.6~1.5,且取小值为佳,消石灰与矿粉的质量比宜小于2∶1.
In light of the expressway calamities in Ningxia such as high-temperature rut and low-temperature crack, and the subject study of Highway Construction Technology in Liupanshan Mountain Area, the laboratory tests have been carried out focusing on high-temperature penetration grade, softening point and low-temperature deformation of asphalt slurry which mixes with pure mineral powder and hydrated lime. The paper, based on the analysis of testing indices and the study about the impact on the temperature property of asphalt slurry mixed with hydrated lime, recommends that 0.6~1.5 proportion of mineral powder and slurry is reasonable and the lower value is preferred; the mass proportion of hydrated lime and mineral power lower than 2:1 is better.
