摘要
在实际探伤中,当设备、工件、胶片型号都确定后,底片对比度是影响灵敏度的关键因素,而直接影响底片对比度的是底片的黑度值.对铍材产品X射线照相中影响底片黑度值的因素进行了分析,采用黑度值控制图,确定了在铍材产品X射线照相中最佳的透射电压、曝光时间以及显影温度.在目前实验室的条件下,将底片黑度值控制在最佳值2.0±0.2范围内,提高了对铍材产品缺陷的检出率.
The contrast of film is key influencing factor to the sensitivity in the practical detection after devices, workpieces and film type are given, and the density value determines the contrast of film. The influencing factors of the density values of photographic film of x-ray to Beryllium are analysed and statistics in this article. The optimum transmission voltage,exposure time and imaging temperature are determined by the control chart of density values in the experiment of radiographic exposure to Beryllium. The detection rate is improved to the defect of Beryllium when the optimum density value is 2.0±0.2.
