干旱地带沥青混凝土路面反射裂缝病害分析及处理措施——以京藏高速(G6)宁蒙省界麻黄沟至宁夏惠农段为例 被引量:1

摘要 京藏高速(G6)宁蒙省界麻黄沟至宁夏惠农段在地理位置、气候环境上属干旱、寒冷的特殊地带,为探索和研究高速公路沥青混凝土路面在这些地带早期出现车辙、各种不规则裂缝等病害,以期达到耐久、长寿命使用,宁夏交通厅在修建此段路面时,试验了10km分18个区段,5种结构类型、7种级配类型、4种沥青的多组合沥青混凝土路面.这些路面在通车使用5年后,出现了以不规则裂缝、松散、车辙为主的不同病害.通过对此试验路段不同病害全面调查,研究分析并提出不同处治措施,最终达到维修效果,延长了公路使用寿命,并为以后高等级公路在此环境下修建养护总结了有益的经验. As far as the geographic location and climatic environment are concerned, Ma Huang Ditch-Hui Nong Segment of Beijing-Tibet (G6) Highway lies on the arid, cold area. In order to explore and study the causes of the asphalt concrete pavement diseases of highway such as wheel rut and various irregular cracks, which occur early in this area, and so to achieve the durable and long-life use of it, in the construction of this highway segment, Ningxia Transportation Department experi- mented with ten-kilometer road with eighteen sectors and multi-combination asphalt concrete pavement consisting of five kinds of structures, seven kinds of gradation type and four kinds of asphalt. After five-year use such diseases as irregular cracks, looseness and wheel rut gradually occurred on the pavement of this highway segment. Through an overall statistical survey of this experimental highway segment, this paper analyzes and proposes different treatment measures to these diseases so as to achieve the maintenance effect and lengthen its service life. In addition, this research also summarizes the beneficial experiences for the future construction and maintenance of first-class highway under this environment.
