简要介绍了针织轴向织物的结构特点。阐述了高性能纤维材料在针织轴向织物上的应用,经编轴向织物的开发与应用和纬编轴向织物的开发现状。详细介绍了针织轴向织物与传统增强梭织物的比较,指出了针织轴向织物在产业用纺织品开发中的广阔前景,以及天津工业大学在纬编轴向织物的生产设备的改造和织物开发的具体情况。
This paper introduces the structures and features of the directionally oriented knitted fabrics, the application of high perfor-mance fibers, development of the warp knitted directionally oriented fabrics and the present situation of the weft knitted directionally oriented fabrics. In addition, this paper compares the properties of the directionally oriented knitted fabrics with traditional woven fabrics and points out the great application potential in the technical fields. Furthermore, this paper presents the details about the weft knitted directionally oriented fabrics developed by Tianjin Polytechnic University.
