This paper introduces a few weft knitted fancy fabrics-single dropped stitch based mesh, fancy relief and double dropped stitch based Italian rib eyelet, which are developed by using the dropped stitching technology and curling selvage property. Furthermore,this paper presents the fabrics appearance, knitting technology and application fields, and introduces in detail the knitting technology including device parameters, needle arrangements, pattern grid, knitting notation, yams arrangement and fabric parameters.
