NuA4复合体及其在细胞内的功能

摘要 NuA4复合体是进化中非常保守的多亚基复合体。在真核生物中,NuA4复合体及其同源复合体广泛参与了基因转录激活、DNA损伤修复、细胞周期、糖代谢等重要的细胞生理过程。由于NuA4复合体具有乙酰化组蛋白H4/H2A和激活转录的能力而被人们广泛研究。对NuA4及其同源复合体组成和功能方面的研究进行简要介绍。 NuA4 is a muhisubunit HAT complex which is highly conserved during eukaryote. As we know so far NuA4 play roles in many celluar processes includes：transcription activity, DNA damage repair,cell cycle,gluconeogenesis etc. Because of its acetylation of histone H4/H2A and transcription activity,NuA4 was learned much today we here introduce the components of NuA4 with its homologous complex in Human,and also show its celluar fuction briefly.
