The Value Calculation for Forest Soil and Stumpage on the Source of Dongjiang River

江西省东江源区(安远、寻乌、定南)是珠三角和香港地区生产生活用水的源头地区,关系着1.737万亿元GDP和4 000余万人口的用水安全,源区的生态安全至关重要。众所周知,森林除了直接实物资源外,还有间接的生态资源、社会资源。受篇幅限制,先就源区的林地、立木资源进行价值核算,将为源区实施生态补偿提供依据。

The source of Dongjiang River in Jiangxi province,including the county of Anyuan and Xunwu and Dingnan,is the source of water supplies for production and daily life of the Pearl River Delta and Hong Kong. The ecological security of the source of Dongjiang River is vital because it has respect to 1 737 billion yuan GDP and the water supply security of 40 million person. As we know, with the exception of directly providing physical resources, the forest can also indirectly provide ecological resources and social resource. Based on the value calculation for forest soil and stumpage, the paper provides the basis for implementing ecological compensation on the source.
