摘要
滨海新区的建设将需要和吸纳大批各个层次的工程技术人才,当前高等教育不断改革,培养创新技术应用人才的呼声越来越高,对于以理工为主、重点培养应用型人才的高校而言,具有非同寻常的重要作用,创新教育环境体系的建设越来越受到重视。
A large number of talents in engineering and technology will be in great demand and be imported to the Binhai New Area where is under construction. The reformation of higher education calls for the cultivation of the creative talents on technological application, which plays an important role for Tianjin Polytechnic University, a science and engineering university. The construction of the education system with innovative environment is taken into account.
