摘要
从天津市渤海油田某污水处理厂污水中分离出3株菌,选出其中1株生长最快,对原油和聚合物去除效果最佳的菌,并对该菌的降解特性进行了研究。优化了温度、接种量、pH和DO等影响因素。在温度为35℃、接种量为100~150mL/L菌液、pH为6.5、DO为4mg/L、降解时间为42h的最佳条件下,对污水进行处理,处理后油和聚合物的去除率分别为67.13%和36.54%。
Three bacterium strains have been isolated from a wastewater treatment plant of Bohai Oilfield, Tianjin. One bacterium strain which grows fastest and degrades crude oil and polymer most effectively has been selected and its degradation characteristics have been studied. The influential factors, such as temperature, the concentration of bacteria, pH and dissolved oxygen are optimized. Under the optimal conditions : the temperature is 35℃, the concentration of bacteria 100-150 mL/L, pH=6.5, and dissolved oxygen 4.0 mg/L, degradation time is 42 h, the wastewater is treated. After the treatment, the degradation rates of oil and polymers are 67.13% and 36.54% respectively.
