Anaslyzing and Controlling to the Reasons for Heat Treatment Deformation of the Gear Splined Hole Used for Compact Agricultural Machinery

文章从设计、选材、机加工工艺、热处理工艺、工装等方面分析了小型农机齿轮花键孔热处理变形的原因，并提出了采用低温淬火，加芯轴处理以及采用酸洗和冷挤压法进行补救的措施。

The reasons for heat treatment deformation of gear splined holes used for compaet agricultural mechinery is analyzed from the aspects of design,material selection,machining technics,heat treatment technics,technological installation in this paper,and the measures such as adopting subcritical hardening,adding arbor treatment and adopting pickling and cold extrusion method to remedy are put forward too.
