摘要
山东省冶金科学研究院十多年改革实践表明,转变观念,建立科工贸一体化的组织结构、以效益为中心的激励约束机制、集管理科研生产营销于一体的干部职工队伍和效益型的中试、工业性试验基地,促进科研成果内部转化,适度发展规模技术经济,逐步向现代化科技企业整体转换,是一条地方行业科研院所生存发展之路。
