肺癌氩氦刀治疗的研究现状及进展

Status and prospect of cryosurgery for lung cancer

近年来氩氦刀在肺癌治疗中得到广泛应用，目前尚未建立严格的适应证及禁忌证，随着其临床应用的不断推广和进步，已在肺癌治疗中取得较显著的近期疗效，对控制病情、改善全身状况、提高机体免疫力具有良好的应用价值。未来发展关键在于明确其具体治疗肺癌的机制、联合其他治疗、进一步评价其远期疗效。

In recent years,cryosurgery has benn increasingly used in the treatment of lung cancer, but the criteria of indication and contraindication have not been set up yet. The therapy has obtained distinct therapeutic effects in the near future following development of the performance, which can control pathogenetic condition,improve the general state of body, increase organism immunity. The keys of the development in future are to identify the mechanisms of treating lung cancer,combine other treatments to enhance the therapeutic effect,and evaluate its prostecdtive efficacy.
