Improvement of Smelting Process and Selection of Capacity in Jinchang Smelter

本文简述了金昌冶炼厂熔炼工艺改造的必要性，从转炉吹炼的热平衡、制酸系统处理烟气能力等方面论证了改造后粗用规模以60－70kt／a为宜，并简要提出今后粗铜能力挖潜途径。

This paper describes briefly necessity of improvement of smelting process in Jinchang Smelter,proves that the blister copper production is better to be fixed at 60000-70000t/a after medification from point of view of heat balance of blowing and gas treating capacity of acid - making system and proposes a way to exploring potential in blister copper production capacity in the future.
