摘要
探讨公立医院改革问题,提出:进一步提高公立医院改革重要性、紧迫性的认识,把握公益性,健全运行机制,加强专科、信息化、医院文化建设等是公立医院改革的关键,全面科学推进改革,促进医院又好又快发展。
It is essential to enhance awareness of the significance and urgency of the reform of state-owned hospitals,and highlight the key factors of reform including public welfare,operating mechanism,specialty construction,informationization,hospital culture buildup and etc,in order to facilitate all-round,rapid and sound development of hospital.
