Discussion on the Map Color from the Aesthetic Point of View

地图是一件综合艺术品,地图上观感最强的色彩,一直是地图设计者和读者关注的问题。多年来有过很多对地图色彩设计的探讨,但近几年探讨似乎越来越少,这是令人担忧的事,因为地图色彩设计是一个随时代变化、发展的问题,需要制图人不间断的研究。因此,本文抛砖引玉,希望唤起地图色彩设计研究的继续。

The map is an integrative work of art.The map color is one of the most focused issues of map designers and customers.In the past few years,there are some discussions on the design of map color.But,recently,the discussion on this field is becoming fewer.The design of map color is a problem which changes with times and developments and need the continuous research by the cartographers.Therefore,the objective of this paper is to recall the continuous research on the design of map color.
