思想政治工作是现代医院科学管理的重要组成部分。医院发展需要广大医务工作者不断转变思想观念,强化服务理念,主动参与医院发展进程。本文结合所在医院工作实践,从医院思想政治工作重要性、注重医务人员个人发展和保护其权益等方面,提出了医院思想政治工作的基本内容和主要做法。

The ideological and political work is an important component of modern scientific management of the hospital.The hospital required that the medical workers keep on change their ideas and concepts.This paper combines the pratice of our hospital,offers some basic contents and main methods in terms of the importance of ideological and political work of the hospital,focusing on,the personal development of the medical workers and protection of their rights and interests in such areas.
