摘要
目的:探讨剖宫产术中出血的病因及处理措施。方法:对75例剖宫产术中出血病例进行临床分析。结果:剖宫产术中出血常见原因为宫缩乏力、切口延撕、胎盘因素及凝血功能障碍。经积极抢救其中14例行子宫切除术,无1例产妇死亡。结论:剖宫产术前手术指征把握准确术中切口位置长度,病因给予相应处理,可降低产妇病死率及改善预后。
Objective：To explore the causes and the treatment of intraoperative hemerrhage in cesarean section.Methods：The data of 75 cases of intraoperative hemorrhage were analyzed retrospectively.Results：The causes of intraoperative hemorrhage were uterine atony,uterine laceration,placenta factors and blood coagulation dysfunction.Of the 75 patients,14 were hysterectomy,nobody died.Conclusion：Mastering the indications appropriately before cesarean section,select right position and length of cesarean incision,timely treatment according to pathogenesis,can decrease mortality of pregnant women and improve prognosis.
