非脱垂子宫经阴道切除术20例临床分析

Clinical Analysis of 20 Non-Prolapsed Uterus Vaginal Hysterectomy

目的:探讨非脱垂子宫经阴道切除术的优点。方法:选择非脱垂子宫经阴道手术20例,同期的非脱垂子宫进腹手术30例,对两者的手术时间、术中出血量和术后住院天数的差异进行分析比较。结果:阴式组的手术时间、出血量与腹式组相比差异不大,术后住院天数明显少于腹式手术组。结论:非脱垂子宫经阴道切除术是安全和有效的。

Objective：To discuss the advantages of vaginal hysterectomy for non-prolapsed uterus.Methods：Hysterectomies were performed in patients with non-prolapsed uterus,20 vaginally and 30 abdominally during March to September in 2005.The differences of operation time,blood loss and post-operative hospitalization were compared and analyzed between the two groups.Results：There are no significant differences in operation time and blood loss between the two groups.The post-operative hospitalization was dramatically short in vaginal group.Conclusion：It is safe and effective for patients with non-prolapsed uterus to undergo vaginal hysterectomy.
