摘要
目的:了解和掌握心理干预对产程的影响。方法:依数字随机法将156例入选者分为观察组和对照组,各78例。观察组在产程中采用心理护理,对照组采用普通医疗护理。结果:观察组产妇产程较对照组缩短,显著减少(P<0.01)。结论:在分娩过程中实施心理干预可缩短产程。
Objective：To study the psychological nursing effect on parturition.Methods：156 examples of lying-in woman in our hospital from January to December 2008 were selected,and divided them into two groups,observing group and control group（n =78）.Result：Observing group had shorter parturient process,and decreased significantly（P 〈 0.01）.Conclusion：Psychological nursing during parturition can shorten parturient process.
