彩锥磨轮切削液的研制

DEVELOPMENT STUDY ON CUTTING FLUID OF COLOUR CONE GRINDING WHEEL

目前国内使用的粉末冶金彩锥磨轮切削液一般都是进口产品。本研究通过对几组基础配方的筛选以及试验研究，研制出适合彩色显像管加工行业使用的粉末冶金彩锥磨轮用切削液，该切削液具有润滑性好、出刃性好、泡沫少。

At present,the cutting fluid for PM colour cone grinding wheels used at home is generally imported.A cutting fluid used for PM colour cone grinding wheels processing colour kinescopes has been developed by test study on some basic formulae.The advantages of this cutting fluid are good lubricity,helpful to project new cutting edges,less foam,good economy and applicability etc.
