加味小柴胡汤防治顺铂所致消化道反应的疗效观察

The therapeutic effect of modified minor radix bupleuri decoction in preventing and treating digestive reaction caused by DDP

目的观察加味小柴胡汤防治顺铂所致消化道反应的疗效。方法120例接受顺铂化疗的患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组各60例。对照组给予常规化疗和昂丹司琼止呕,治疗组在对照组基础上服用加味小柴胡汤,每天3次。观察2组消化道反应情况。结果治疗组第1～7天恶心、呕吐发生率少于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论加味小柴胡汤能明显减轻顺铂所致的消化道反应,提高患者的生活质量。

Objective To obsene the therapeutic effect of modified minor radix bupleuri decoction in preventing and treating digestive reaction caused by DDP. Methods 120 patients with digestive reactive caused by DDP who were receiving ehemo-treatment were selected and divided randomly into control group and treatment group,60 cases of each. The control group was given conventional chemotherapy, ondansetron antiemetic, while the rteatmet group on the basis of the control group, was given modified minor radix bupleuri decoetion three times a day. Results The nausea and vomiting incidence rates of the treatment group were less than the controtgroup in 1 -7 days,the differences were statistically significant（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Modified minor radix bupleuri decoction can relieve the digestive reaction caused by DDP to improve the living quality of patients.
