摘要
目的研究慢性前列腺炎SD大鼠前列腺组织Smad4和Smad7的表达,并初步探讨它对慢性前列腺炎发病机制的意义。方法将40只6月龄SD大鼠随机分为正常对照组和CP实验组,每组20只。实验组采用去势+高剂量苯甲酸雌二醇肌注方法建模,并以免疫组化和蛋白免疫印迹实验方法检测Smad4、Smad7在前列腺组织中的表达变化。结果与正常对照组相比,Smad7表达显著下调(P<0.01),Smad4表达亦显著下调(P<0.01);Smad4与Smad7在慢性前列腺炎大鼠前列腺组织中表达无相关性。结论Smad4、Smad7在慢性前列腺炎前列腺组织中表达异常,提示可能参与CP的病理过程。
Objective To investigate the expression of Smad4 and Smad7 in the prostatic tissue of SD rat model with chronic prostatitis and explore its significance in the pathogenesis of CP. Methods Total of 40 6-months-old SD rats were randomly divided into two groups including normal control group(n=20) and the CP model group(n=20). The rat model with CP in model group was established by ovariectomized and high-dose intramuscular injection of estradiol benzoate. The expression of Smad4 and Smad7 in rat prostatic tissues were detected by immunohistochemistry and Western Blot. Results In comparison with that of normal control group, the expression of Smad4 and Smad7 in CP model group were all significantly decreased (P〈0.01). No correlation in the expression of Smad4 and Smad7 in rat model with chronic prostatitis was found. Conelusioi1 The abnormal expression of Smad4, Smad7 in CP prostatic tissue might indicate they were involved in the pathological development of CP.
