摘要 目的了解胎儿出生缺陷孕妇对优生知识的认知、获取途径及对优生措施的态度,以便提出针性的措施。方法对533名存在胎儿出生缺陷的孕妇进行问卷调查,了解孕妇对优生知识的认知、获取途径、对优生措施的态度。结果文化程度低的孕妇对出生缺陷的高危因素知识认知较少;孕妇通过医务人员、宣传栏、网络、电视及亲友这5个途径获取优生知识的现途径与希望途径比较,差异具有统计学意义;孕妇对优生措施的重视不足。结论针对不同文化程度的育龄人群,开展多元化的优生知识健康教育,能使她们充分认识到出生缺陷的危害,自觉参与出生缺陷干预,以便达到降低出生缺陷率,提高出生人口素质的目的。 Objective To investigate the eugenic knowledge,the access to acquire it,and the attitude to eugenic measure of the pregnant women with fetal birth defects.Method 533 pregnant women with fetal birth defects were investigated by a questionnaire to study the eugenic knowledge,the access to acquire it,and the attitude to eugenic measure.Results The lower the education level of the pregnant women,the less they knew about the high risk factors of fetal birth defects.There were significant differences between the expected accesses and the five current accesses such as medical staff,journals and books,network,television,bulletin board,relatives and friends.The pregnant women paid less attention to eugenic measure.Conclusion The eugenic knowledge education should be carried out pertinenty to pregnant women with different education levels so that people are fully aware of the harms of birth defects and consciously participate in intervention to lower the incidence of birth defects.
