摘要
目的探讨优化流程管理在冠状动脉旁路移植术(coronary artery bypass graft,简称CABG)后病人转运中的应用效果。方法选择2007年3-8月75例CABG术后病人(对照组)采用传统的转运方法;选择2007年9月-2009年1月183例CABG术后病人(观察组)采用优化流程管理转运方法。比较两组转运病人的平均耗时,两组病人不适症状发生情况和病人对护理工作的评价情况。结果对照组转运1例病人平均耗时(24.5±3.2)min,观察组为(19.7±4.5)min;对照组病人对护理工作的评价为(90.3±3.7)分,观察组为(95.7±2.3)分;观察组病人不适症状发生率为0.5%,对照组为14.7%,两组比较,均P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论采用优化流程管理转运方法运送病人,能增进病人的舒适与安全感,提高病人的满意度,减少等候转运时间,提高了护士的工作效率。
Objective To investigate the effects of optimization process management on patient conveying of the patients undergoing coronary artery bypass graft(CABG).Methods 75 patients after CABG from March to August 2007 and conveyed in a routine way were set as the control group.Another 183 patients after CABG during September 2007 to January 2009 were put in the observation group where optimization process management was used for conveying.The comparison between the two group in terms of average duration for conveying,incidence of conveying-related discomfort and patient's evaluation on nurses' work.Results The average conveying duration for the control group and the observation group was(24.5±3.2)min and(19.7±4.5)min respectively;the scores for the nursing evaluation by patients in the two groups was(90.3±3.7)min and(95.7±2.3)min in order;the occurrence of uncomfortable symptoms of patients in the observation group was 0.5%,but that in comparison group was 14.7%.Comparison of two groups showed significant differences between the two groups for all factors(all P0.05).Conclusion Optimization process management for conveying patients can enhance the comfort and safety for patients,increase the patient's comfort degree,reduce time for waiting for elevator and improve the efficiency of nurse's work.
