摘要
目的探讨健康教育对系统性红斑狼疮(systemic lupus erythematosus,SLE)患者相关知识认知及行为改变的影响。方法选择2005年3月-2008年5月在本院治疗的35例SLE患者,采用问卷调查方法,对健康教育前后患者相关SLE知识认知情况及行为改变进行比较。结果健康教育前后患者对疾病相关知识认知情况及按医嘱用药比较,均P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论出院后持续健康教育能提高患者SLE疾病相关知识,但患者在行为方面的改变不理想,提示健康教育是长期的工作,需要持之以恒,并需要改进临床护理健康教育方法。
Objective To study the effect of health education on the cognition and behavior of patients with systemic lupus(SLE).Methods The health education were conducted to 35 SLE patients hospitalized during March 2005 and May 2008,who were investigated about the SLE-related knowledge and their medical compliance behaviors.The pre-educational results were compared with the post-education ones.Result The SLE-related knowledge and the medical compliance before education were significantly different from those after health education(P0.05).Conclusions The continued health education can help the SLE patients know more about SLE.But it is not ideal in the changes of their compliance behaviors.It indicates health education should be done in a long run and the method for improving health education needs improvement.
